Hello,

 

I am very very new to DB / FileMaker and programming I run a charity in the UK and this is me trying to find a CRM product that is easy to use and intuitive.

 

Just downloaded this and first issue

 

The email configuration page - Sending Emails from FM Starting Point starts with FileMaker Pro 12 has the ability....and in the last paragraph ..... Please complete the items below to enable the direct email capabilities of FileMaker Pro 12.

 

This is in the download of the FM Starting Point _4_UK for 'FMPro 13.0v4 (11-13-2014) Advance'.
