Is there any 3rd party SW to find, sort and view forms for my DB below?

Is there any 3rd party SW to find, sort, and view forms and input data in existing records for my DB below?

Is there any 3rd party SW to find, sort, and view forms and create new records and input data into them for my DB below?

I suspect I did not provide enough information or present it clearly enough, so please ask for any additonal information or clarifications you may need to help me.

The only supported Android access is by using WebDirect.

FMDroid uses XML access, but you need to create a custom XML interface otherwise it will just show all the fields.
