Hi,

Of late I've noticed that while I can log into the admin console remotely just fine, I can't verify or close databases. No error messages. Just no result. I haven't tried but I suspect editing the schedules would yield the same result. Any ideas?

try using the Command Line Interface on the server and Restart the AdminServer.

That usually fixes things like this.

Thanks. Unfortunately when this happens I'm on an iPad and have no access to the command line interface.

You run the CLI from the server directly. 

 

Perhaps the mobile browser is not fully supported for all the FMS admin console functionality?  Haven't checked but it would not surprise me.

Thanks Wim. It was a while ago but I believe I solved it using the CLI. And yes, admin console is supported just fine using iOS.
