stupid, stupid question

Featured Replies

shocked.gif" border="0 Forgive me...this problem is so basic, but I am so frustrated and I cannot figure out what's wrong! I am just starting out with the Web companion. I've been trying to test a search form. The search page appears to work ok, but when I submit, I get the following error message.

Database Not Open

Unable to process your request because the database "event.fp3" is not open.

etc, etc,

This database IS open! In order to test to make sure I was doing everything correctly, I opened the sample employee's db in filemaker. Then I tried to browse those pages on the localhost and it worked! I compared the html files to my own, and as far as i can tell, the proper db is being called up with the -db tag. I don't know what else to do...whatever the problem is, I'm missing it completely...thanks... crazy.gif" border="0
