I need help getting my filemaker to show extra shipping data.  At this time my company makes a work order that shows the qty on multiple line items.  We then ship certain quantites from those different line items on different dates.  My filemaker just shows the total shipped from the very first shipper only, but I need for it to show exactly what has shipped and what is still here for each line item.  Please see the attached for more detail on what i'm seeing.

Seems your ONHAND calculation is off. It is hard to say what the issues is without seeing the guts of your solution.

I mocked up a quick and dirty file with the typical ER model. Tear it apart and see if something related to your issue.

It seems that I can not open your attachment because I have filemaker 11.

The screenshots don't tell us much, we'd have to know how you calculate the shipped and available.

In general though, you DO NOT want to calculate those through calculated fields but set those fields with every inventory transaction.  That will keep your system fast.
