Java and El Capitan

Java library for the plugins are not compatible with El Capitan?

From the download page for Java 6 

Java for OS X 2015-001 installs the legacy Java 6 runtime for OS X 10.11 El Capitan, OS X 10.10 Yosemite, OS X 10.9 Mavericks, OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, and OS X 10.7 Lion.

 I don't know if Apple updated this version to be compatible with El Capitan but I have run testing with it without issue. Possibly need to reinstall?

You need to download the legacy Java 6 from Apple.
