I have a pop up menu with the following choices:

Premium

Taxes

Fees

Other

When I click on Premium, I'm trying to create another pop-up menu that lists 1-4 aircraft that I can select.

Is this at all possible or better served by creating a hidden popover window?

I can't comment on what is "better served" for you. But you could either put a slide panel on the popover and use Go To Object to go to the second panel of the Slide Panel...or use Go To Object to jump to another pop over.

Typically I'd probably favor the 1st option...but it depends on the design and workflow.
