I'm having issues with my database users copy and pasting text into fields within my database that is either different font than my default database font or different sizes/etc. Is there a setting that automatically formats whatever a user enters into a field, to the default font setting for that field?

Yes, specify in the field options as an auto-entered value, textformatremove (self). Deselect the checkbox "Do Not Replace"
