FM Advanced 12 "Inspector" window is missing some feautres

Good day folks,

 

One of my clients is experiencing strange issue on one of his computers. He has FM Advanced 12 installed on this PC, and when you open the “Inspector” window in “Edit Layout” mode, some of the features are missing.

 

For Example, the “Position” tab is missing. Moreover, on “Data” tab, the “Hide object when” is missing too, and therefore all the hidden objects are unhidden now on all layouts.

 

I checked the same file on my PC and it works in order. I already ran the update of FM so he has the latest version installed on his PC.

 

Your help and Ideas would be highly appreciated.

Hide object is not a feature of FileMaker 12.

It was introduced with 13.

How about the position tab?

No idea, but it sounds like you're on the wrong track - trying to open a newer format file with an older version.

Tell the client to upgrade.
