Why does my FMP12 DB crash Web Publishing Engines?

Hi, is there any reason my DB crashes web publishing engines?  It is a simple database on an FMP12 server.  clients generally toggle simple buttons on or off.  Is there a function inside the DB itself that I have not turned on or off?  Is it a sharing, permissions or admin thing?  Is this a problem with other users?  I'm new and you guys in this forum have really helped me a lot!

What OS and what version of FMS?

What are the specs on the server?

How many users typically in through the web?
