Need a little help integrating with Wunderlist's API

I am trying to use the BaseElements plugin to GET and POST data to Wunderlist using their API but haven't been successful in figuring out the correct steps yet.  I have used BE plugin before with SendHub to send text messages directly from FileMaker.  It took lots of playing around with it before I finally figured it out.  I know Wunderlist is going to be pretty close to the same I just don't have much experience with this and need a little guidance.  Once I can successfully GET/POST data I can probably take it from there.  I am having trouble figuring out the proper formatting of the headers etc to allow access to the GET and POST commands.  Mainly just wanting to POST tasks to a list and maybe track and see if that task was moved to a new list.  I know this can be done.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Attached is kinda what I got going on right now.  Its wrong I know, trying to figure out whats the correct way to do it.  If someone could take a look at the developer documentation and let me know what I need to do that would be great.

If you are using Wunderlist, you may want to start looking for alternatives. Microsoft acquired them I believe. And is shutting it down.

What version of FM are you using? I'll assume less than FM16 if you're using BE plugin.

Have you tried this in Generator?

I am using version 16 the latest.  I was just using BE plugin as that is what I have used in the past and didn't know really of any other way. From my research I cant use the functions built into FileMaker as I have to set custom Headers to use the Wunderlist API and I don't think you can do that with just FileMaker alone but I will play with this Generator from Geist.

No I have not tried that Generator.  I will give it a try.  Looks promising, Thanks bcooney!

Josh,  Those posts are from like almost a year ago.  If this happens then I will look into something else I guess lol.  We have been using Wunderlist for years now and looking for the best way to get it a little more integrated into my existing database.

Well, Microsoft's stance is that they are going to kill Wunderlist when they reach near-feature-parity. Microsoft has released To-Do which looks almost exactly like Wunderlist. It will be part of the Office365 suite ( though so far is also stand-alone for free ). So I imagine it will have an API.

If you are using 16, you can set custom headers. Here, @Wim Decorte shows some custom functions that handle setting headers. https://community.filemaker.com/docs/DOC-8177
