The client e-mail address is in the BODY COPY of the e-mail in position 6, not in FROM TO. Is there a way to automatically import it into FM or do we have to cut and paste every e-mail. I am not sure what is the problem is - but if data is coming and just in a wrong position - it can always be fixed by a script (as long as it is consistent) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
