Peter2543
Will Set Field [repeating field, repeating field] work? I want to copy all repetitions at once. Thanks. Peter
Razumovsky
Hi- My suggestion would be to use X number of set field script steps, where X is the number of repetions allowed in your repeating field: set field["DupRepeatingField"-1, "getrepetition(OriginalRepeatingfield,1)"] set field["DupRepeatingField"-2, "getrepetition(OriginalRepeatingfield,2)"] set field["DupRepeatingField"-3, "getrepetition(OriginalRepeatingfield,3)"] set field["DupRepeatingField"-4, "getrepetition(OriginalRepeatingfield,4)"]... i.e., you have to set each repetition individually. Kind of a hassle, which is one of several reasons why many people try and avoid repeating fields whenever possible. -Raz
Ugo DI LUCA
Hi, As this came up just the other day, you may also use lookup to transfer the repeating fields from on field to another. Check these attachments attachment 1 attachment
