Jarvis Posted June 21, 2003 Posted June 21, 2003 I am building a cross section drawing of a kitchen cabinet. I have created the drawing in another application and have pasted it onto a layout. The dimension for various parts depend on calculations. These calculations in turn reference different cabinet styles. Each cabinet will always have a top rail but the dimension of that rail will vary depending on what kind cabinet you select. In some occasions a dimension will equal zero. In these instances I would like the numeral zero to disappear. Is there a way to affect the visibility of a value based upon mathematical criteria? Thanks.
Ugo DI LUCA Posted June 21, 2003 Posted June 21, 2003 Hi Jarvis, Have a try with a calculation Case(your num = 0, Right(your num,0), your num) BTW, I'm very interrested by the solution you're designing. Could you by chance mail me even a VERY little part of it, just by curiosity ? Thanks
SteveB Posted June 21, 2003 Posted June 21, 2003 There is also a numeric format option (right click, select Number Format) that you can set to: Don't display if '0' Steve
