Hi, I've just started getting an error in one of our databases when sending an "edit" action from a CDML page. This happens in only *some* records and the "FMP-CurrentError" tag returns "-50"

.........I can't find that error anywhere in the documentation. Does anyone know what a "-50" is??

Hi Jeff,

I have an app called Easy Errors which covers Macintosh Errors. According to that -50 means: "Error in user parameter list".

I have no idea what that means, but I hope that it will help you.

Hi, thanks - me neither! Maybe it means I've an error in the code somewhere?

This has just started happening in some records in one database - but it's a comlicated one and there's lots of code on the pages, so I'm kinda lost for a starting point and would like a clue. There's no error like "-50" in the FileMaker error list, so I guess the alternative is to reduce the edit page to a single field and keep adding 'till it errors again. L------o------n-------g job though!
