Can anyone tell me what the CDML Tool is and where to find it or how to use it....Thanx!!

Search the CDML Forum for CDML Reference database. You will find at least one active link. The CDML Tool is pretty worthless, imo, but the CDMLRdb which comes with it is necessary and very useful.
