SteveB Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 There was an article written by Peter Baaneen of Troi that appeared in the Sept 2002 or 2003 issue of Filemaker Advisor about writing plugins. Steve
CobaltSky Posted July 27, 2004 Posted July 27, 2004 It is worth noting that the plug-in API has changed considerably with the advent of FileMaker 7, so much of what was said and written about previous versions is not longer relevant. It's a new game on a new field and I think that everyone is still to some extent in the process of coming to grips with what is and is not possible now.
alvaro Posted July 31, 2004 Posted July 31, 2004 CobaltSky, It would be a great idea to start a group, list or subject to exchange ideas and experiences, with new API. Alvaro!
bruceR Posted August 1, 2004 Posted August 1, 2004 I looked but didn't see any mention of the new API. Does anybody have a short description of this or a link to more info?
The Shadow Posted August 2, 2004 Posted August 2, 2004 The SDK is available on the Dev 7 CD, but its just C/C++ header files and a couple of examples.
