I'm running FM v 4.1v1 and am having trouble keeping the window of my main file maximized.

I have tried putting Toggle Window [Maximize] script steps in the open file script and none others but as soon as another script changing layouts is run the window de-maximises.

I have tried putting Toggle Window [Maximize] script steps in the scripts changing layouts but the first time that these scripts are used upon opening the file, for some reason the window still de-maximises.

I'm also having an issue during a pause in a script (to choose an option from a pop up menu), once the option is selected (before choosing Continue) the window demaximises!

Is there a trick that I'm missing?

Thanks for your speedy reply Carpal Tunnel. I had run a few searches but being a total novice at File Maker, I don't even know what a Kiosk is!

It'll be too much hassel to re-format all the layouts to fit into non maximised mode, so I think I'll just have to train my users on the glitch and get them to manually maximise.

Maybe something for me to fix in future releases (with FMP7)

I've just added Script Steps to open ALL related files in the Open Script of the main file and it seems to have solved the problem!
