Can I run online my filemaker pro 7 database with only Filemaker Server 7 installed (without FM Pro 7 and FMSA 7) and using ODBC/JDBC and PHP or JavaScript?

PHP & Javascript, yes. ODBC - no. You would need to use Server advanced for that. Server is really only for hosting files to be accessed from FileMaker Pro & Developer. You could use regular Filemaker Pro/Developer to host the file(s) and send/receive ODBC/JDBC commands, but you are limited to how many connections (I beleive 5 is the limit). So in short - for what you want to do, you would need Server Advanced.
