Newbies Tymwork Posted December 11, 2005 Newbies Share Posted December 11, 2005 I have created a runtime with FM 8 Advanced which includes a script to create a pdf document (new option only available with FM 8)as well as keeping such option under a customized File menu. Everything works fine until I use it under a runtime version. On the File menu, the pdf submenu disappear and the pdf script command doesn't work! Anyone has experienced the same problem. Anything I'm doing wrong! Michel
melmitts707
I believe the PDF option is not available in the runtime solutions. Something about the Adobe license.
Wim Decorte
That is correct. The PDF option is not supposed to work with runtimes.
SteveB
Wim: Have you any experience with the Schubec plugin to create PDFs (or any other Windows-based PDF plugins or tools)? Steve
Newbies Tymwork Posted December 11, 2005 Author Newbies Share Posted December 11, 2005 Thanks both of you for the quick reply. Too bad. I thought it was a neat option. I guess I didn't read carefully my runtime manual. rgds Michel
mr_vodka
Just to add to the post, there were other solutions mentioned by a previous post. Older post
