Hello there. I am a novice when it comes to Filemaker and the web. I have Filemaker 7. I will try to explain what I want to do and if it is possible. I want to make and online form for registration for a trade show, and when they submit the form it gets directly put in the Registration database. So basically its a filemaker form in the web browser that submits to the database on the server. Is this possible with Filemaker Pro 7 or do I need the Server version. The actual file will not be hosted by us, but by another companies server that runs Filemaker server and we just pull the file off their server to our computer. Thanks

Filemaker Server cannot host files to the web, you need FileMaker Server Advanced.

There is a limited web publishing capability with FMP7, however you won't find anyone to host it for you.

There are many FM hosting services available, some of which can be found advertising on the fmforums home page.

Your requirement sounds perfect for the application though.
