I need help with making a template

I need a template or templates that I can enter pictures, quicktime, aiff, pdfs (making them readable) and word documents. They need a front-end that will access all the files with these items in it.

This is a project that has about 100 years of Native American history and we need to have it easily accessable by people who do not use the computer much.
