"Advanced" not "Advance"?

Featured Replies

Shouldn't the name of this forum be "Advanced Developer Features" rather than "Advance Developer Features"?

:exactly:

Actually, it probably should be labeled "Advance and Developer Features.

Lee, don't you mean "Advanced and Developer Features"?

John Link

:exactly:

Yes

it is currently correct as this particular forum is discussing FileMaker Pro Advance and or Developer and the few features that they perform beyond that of FileMaker Pro "client" - namely the DDR and the Runtime Engine.

We have other forums for discussing advanced features vs specific features of Advance or Developer - the product.

Hi Stephen,

Aren't the Features listed in the description for this Topic exclusive to the Developer Editions of FileMaker?

The reason for this topic was to point out that the Version 8 Developer Edition is called Advanced, not Advance.

:exactly: And the product is correctly called "Filemaker Pro Advanced" rather than "Filemaker Pro Advance".

Furthermore, it would be "advanced features" rather than "advance features" even if there were no Filemaker Pro Advanced.

I see that the name of this forum has been grammatically corrected. :waytogo:
