Selecting Portal Row and Showing Data on same layout

Featured Replies

I had an example file a few months back of a contact list where you were able to select a record from a portal and it would show up on the same layout. From what I remember it was built off a self-join table, but I can't remember how exactly it went together. Does anybody have an example of this?

I believe the one I had was an example for not showing the extra buttons on the last portal row.

Sorry, I've been searching for this solution for the past couple hours and can't seem to find it.

Jon,

Go to the Menu Bar ([color:blue]My Profile Main Forums Search Help Members Features), and Select [color:blue]Search, select the [color:blue]MY POST, and it will give you a list of your Post (9). That should help narrow it down for you.

It was an example file that someone else had made and posted to solve someone elses issue, that I stumbled accross one day. So I have no posts about it. Thanks though, that's handy to know.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for... I looked in my downloaded example files and found something that seemed similar to what you are asking for. It is called "viewer table demo" I didn't look for the post but the file is available at http://www.foundationdbs.com/downloads.html
