We are seeking a part time developer to perform back fill work for us. Ideal candidate will live in the Northern CA area and possess the following skill set:

4+ years programming and design experience in complex solutions

Attention to interface design and usability issues

Ability to accurately assess and interpret business rules that drive the design process

Ability to follow detailed design specification document format

Excellent communication skills with clients and our existing programming team

Candidates will be tested to assess knowledge of current FM8 programming methodology both in code practices and overall system usability

Current references are required and will be checked

Position is currently open to provide backup assistance on a part time basis, but could develop into permanent employment

Pay is hourly DOE and based on current market rates for the skill level of the candidate
