Seeking PHP Mentor in Sydney

I am seeking a PHP guru who can show me how to code some of the more difficult aspects of a trainign registration system I am building. I am based in the CBD in Sydney so this will best suit a programmer in the same area. I will pay you for your time and would expect to need about 3 meetings to solve my current coding problems. I am trying to set up a system which allows a student to register in more than once course or more than one student to be registered in the same course.
