get files list in folder

What I'm trying to do is get a list of all the files in a specific folder. Any ideas?

or at least is there a way of seeing whether a file exists at a certain location or not?

without using a plug-in... or maybe using a free one, if there are any

Sorry for the double post, but I have now updated MooPlug to version 0.4.1 at http://mooplug.com/ and it now contains a function called 'Moo_FolderList', which lists files in a folder, with optional support for file patterns and changing the seperator.

Moo_FolderList( sFolder ; optional File Pattern (default *.*) ; optional Seperator (default |) )
