Now that Apple has stated Safari will be the vehicle for iPhone web applications. What does this mean for FileMaker Pro?

Will I be able to access my office database LIVE from my iPhone internet connection?

And how many hours will I need to pay my developer to build the functionality in to my database? Ouch.

not much, I think. FileMaker is not going to be an iPhone application (or if it is, I would advise -once more- a slight lifting of the interface...). So I guess the only news here is that your instant web published databases will look like they do now with Safari on your iThing.

I want one of them, but even if i imported one from America, it prob wouldn't work here for some bizarro reason.

I don't have access any Filemaker databases using Instant Web Publication. Do you have a link to any examples so I can see for myself?
