Select the field in Define Fields Click on Options click on Auto Enter Click on the "Calculated Value" Enter the calculation click on Okay De-Select the option below the "Calculate Value" "Do not replace existing value (if any) HTH Lee
Vaughan Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 The usual way is to use two fields: an "entry" field, and a calc field. The calc field basically says "if the entry field has something in it, display the entry, otherwise display ".
