If I have two fields side-by-side on a form where each contains a pop-up list of values, and the value lists are related in a parent -> child relationship, is there any way I can dynamically create the second field's values based on the value list item selected in the first field?

What you are looking for is what is commonly referred to as "conditional value list"

That is what I am looking for, but after I download the file and try to see how it works, I get an error for 'the action cannot be performed because this file is not modifiable'
