I've already created the framework and basic database for one of my clients. I'm looking to integrate e-mail campaign management and clean up some of the bugs that are likely in my database.

The nature of my work suggests that I will likely be building more databases in the future so I'm looking for somebody who enjoys consulting work!

Why don't you update your profile to include you location. Who knows, there might be someone in your own area that would help you out.
