Need help finishing a custom Sales Tracking Database

I have created a sales tracking database that keeps track of products sold while monitoring the performance of the various departments in our company. I am having trouble implementing some of the things that I want it to do. I have attached the file for you to look at - with notes in the application to explain what I am trying to do. The screen size of the application is 1280x800 to fit our widescreen monitors. Please take a look at this attached file to determine if you will be able to help us with this solution.
