Create FileMaker Sites for Mobile Phones

Here is a little information about JumpStart technology and a LIVE movie on my iTouch and Treo.

What was so exciting about the webinar? JumpStart. JumpStart is a web based application that builds sophisticated FileMaker sites for mobile devices in minutes. We demonstrated this LIVE in front of 400 people.

We actually took our time and spent about 10 minutes building a site with multiple tables, that allowed creating, browsing, and editing of records. Displaying container fields, value lists, portal and even allowed instantaneous multiple portal row editing. Oh yes and we also implemented a login-system with a click of a button. We then published the entire site to the web with the click of a button. We encouraged participants watching the webinar to login to the site immediately.

So yes, we built a powerful site, and once finished launched the site in about 10 seconds. That means webinar viewers were able to access the site on their mobile devices 10 seconds after it was created.
