A Logo In The Program Bar?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I was on YouTube tonight and just for giggles I typed in Filemaker and there was a video for a company. I noticed that in the main title bar of the FM program (not the open layout window) there was the company name…I did a search on Google for the company and they had a demo of the program and I downloaded it.

Now in the download not only is there a company name but a company icon.

Here is a shot of the program as you can see the logo is in the program bar of the FM program and not the open window (which is shown below the main bar).

I think I saw the same thing in one of the Nightwing demos but I cant find that one.

How do you get a name in that bar? I dont need a logo I just wanted to put our department name there. I have looked in all the tools but cant find where I can change that name.

Thanks,

James

You can look into the WindowUtility plugin http://www.medeyedbs.com/

It allows you to change the application logo and the application window name.

Ouch! kind of pricy. I dont think the boss will let me buy that just to put our dept and his name on a couple of db's :)

Thanks

Perhaps it's a runtime?
