Has anyone had any experience with importing emails? Is it possible? I would like to import the message bodies of my emails into filemaker and link them to records via an existing email address field. I am currently using Outlook Express for my Email Program and storage folders. Any ideas?

Yes, there are third party apps that I have used to do this, only on the Mac.

If possible and you have "server" running I'd say you may consider 360works eMail Plugin that can grab the data in the email account.

To add on to what Stephen said, you can link msg files and/or you could use a plugin for pop3 or imap to grab the data directly into FM.

I have done this very successfully with "Outlook Manipulator" (windows/outlook) now rolled out to 5 users or so
