Can I make values disapear upon a conditional?

I need to now if i can make values in a value list apear and disapear upon conditionals???

How could i do that easyly ?

Well, I assume you want to use a conditional or filtered value list. You do this by establishing a relationship that sets up your conditional filter and then when setting up your value list set it to show only related values starting from that relationship
