Is it possible to use a drop down to select a job number and be able to auto populate fields based off that job number that have been entered in another table?

you want to take a look at lookups.

I know what lookups are but I need them to change the info to relate to what ever job number is selected. Can you link them together?

I am still not having any luck with this. Trying to auto pop specific fields from data in inventory table once the selection is found in drop down.

Select Paper Roll number and fields are auto entered then once data entry of amount used in entered auto update the inventory item.
