FX.php vs. API-FM10

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Has anyone tested or played around with the new version of filemaker? How does it compare its capabilities on the Web? I know FX.php is faster than API, have they made any improvements on that front?

Also, what would you guys prefer to use? FX.php or API?

Thanks for your reply

Ricky

There really hasnt been any changes from FM9 in this arena. FX PHP and the API both have their pluses and minuses. If one is comfortable with FX PHP, I would probably say to keep using it over the API, however if one hasnt used it then the API is the way to go IMHO.

BTW, you may want to check this out if you havent already.
