Database for nonprofit

The Arts of Life is a Chicago based non-profit artistic community for adults with developmental disabilities.

We are attempting to set up a database using FileMaker Pro 8.5 and seem to be having a little bit of trouble doing so. I'm in charge of overseeing the database and its implementation and know only a little bit about FileMaker. It isn't going to be terribly complicated but need some guidance and possible donation of services to help us sort this out.

I can be more specific if anyone is interested in assisting us. At its core we'll need to track three different things, with one central database acting as a hub. We need to track all our contacts (addresses, names, etc. plus how we know them), all our art sales / donations, and all our outreach attempts and successes. I hope so because otherwise we'll need to hire a consulting firm. We need it fully up and running by 2010.
