Looking for someone with experience creating installers for Mac.

We have a FM10 runtime that, at last, is upgraded from FM6. All the FM work is done to capture the data from the FM6 runtime files, convert them into FM 10 files and then import data into the tables in the new FM 10 file.

After unpacking the new FM 10 runtime, the installer optimally will,

1. copy the original FM 6 files into the new version’s folder

2. run an updater FM runtime which does the FM work

3.. finish install: make alias, remove unnecessary files and prior version's alias and launch new FM10 runtime.

If the above is not easily done, then help with just a simple Apple installer would be appreciated. We can do steps 1 & 2 above from within FM using TroiFile plug-in. It's just more elegant to do it with an installer.

Time line:

-- start as soon as possible

-- tested and working installers by 8-10

-- at release of new version between 9-1 to 9-30: drop in the final FM10 runtime files

Please email your interest, experience, and phone #.

Thanks and cheers,

Patricia Carney
