I am trying to set up Avery continuous pin fed labels. I can not seem to get the labels to print without sliding down.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It would probably be helpful to know what type of printer you are using and exactly what label, but here is something to try. On the layout from which you are printing, setup the page size to be exactly one label. This may take some considerable tweaking of form size to get the printed text not to move up or down the label. With enough trys, this usually works.

Label printers (Seiko & Costar) have the advantage of advancing to the next label using a "form feed" in which the start of the next label is detected by the printer hardware. -bd
