It sounds to me like the layout has been changed to "list" view instead of "form" view.

In Browse mode, look in the Select menu. The options "View as Form" and "View as List" are down the bottom of the menu. Switching between the two view modes is a simple as selecting the option from the menu.

Hey, thank you Vaughan!!! That was it. For whatever reason it does act fun visually in that mode, but that is it exactly. I don't know how it got switched. Thank you!!!
