Help,

I need to add a field into a table but can not find it in Manage Databse Table - I see it in the occurence graph but I can't access the invidivual table.....

any suggestions?????????

When you select Manage Database, there will be three tabs at the top: tables, fields and relationships. Select fields then popup allows selection of specific table.

Any other suggestions as the reply from LaRetta does not work????

It appears there is an occurence and I do not know how to gain access to that table.

If it's an occurrence then the base table may be called something different. In Manage database graph double click the table to bring up the Specify table dialog box. You can then see the base table name for that occurrence.

Place the cursor over the dot to the left of the TO's name - you will get a "tool tip" stating the source table. You can also look in the "Occurrences in the Graph" column in the Tables tab.

The table may be from an external data source: that is, a table in a different file. TOs from external data sources have their names italicised.
