I want to make the phone format as dynamic.

A bit more information would be helpful - what exactly do you mean by dynamic?

I mean There is table customer and there is field phone,and there is global table where we can add different format of phone like,U.K phone format,U.S.A phone format etc when we click on U.S format the phone format in customer layout should take U.S format.
