Writing Calculation Scripts to Disable Menu items

Featured Replies

  • Newbies

i would like to write a calculation script to deny access to 'Delete Record…' and 'Delete All Records…' menu items for guest users. All know is that a non-zero value is true and a zero or empty value makes it false (access denied). Otherwise, I have no idea how to write this. Can anyone tell me, in some detail, what I would enter in the calculation script field to do this ?

The window where I need to enter code:

Are you really using version 6? I can't remember how permissions are managed in that version.

Look at the comma between parameters of the functions.

You can't run FM6 on Snow Leopard, can you?
