If that's the case then no, there is no way to replace it with Filemaker alone. There are several plugins out there that will allow you to do this, although their names escape me at the moment. I would like to know what he wants to appear, if anything, and maybe there is a better way than a plugin. I'm looking for options where the user can do things like delete the portal row, omit the row, open a new window to edit the row's values, etc. Using buttons on the portal rows to run these scripts takes up space, so a simple right-click on the row to display a separate menu that offers these commands is ideal.
