pc Error on delete

I back up my databases every day using the backup function on the server. For the last two days I've been getting the following mesage:

FileMaker Server 12.0.1.178 on FM12 Server reported the following event:

2013-06-02 23:00:00.414 -0400   Error   685     FM12 Server     Error occurred while deleting backup folder "filewin:/C:/Program Files/FileMaker/FileMaker Server/Data/Backups/Daily_11PM_2013-05-26_2300/", some files or folders could not be deleted. (20402)
 

Can anyone help me with this. Thanks. Mike

Also, please update to the latest v-rev of FIleMaker® Server 12.

make sure that nothing else has a lock on the folders (indexing, virus scanning,...)

Your problem is that the externally stored container data isn't stored properly.

The best bet is to store each records data in its own folder.
