supercontainer certificate has been revoked Reason:AFFILIATION_CHANGED

Featured Replies

I recently changed premises and I notice that my supercontainer is being blocked because it doesn't have the necessary certificate any more. Not sure if it's becasue I updated Java recently or becasue I am with another Internet provider. I updated to the latest version of Supercontainer (2.89) but still no luck. Below is the log. Any help would be so grateful?

Thanks so much in advance

Hi Maria,

Are you still experiencing this problem with SuperContainer v2.89? If so, could you email me at the address in my signature? I can help you troubleshoot the problem through a screen share which should be much faster than posting back and forth here.

Hi,

Did this ever get resolved? One of my clients has just reported that the same thing has been happening with them. They have SuperContainer Companion 2.896 and the latest version of Java. Their log (at least the first 20 lines or so) is identical to the one you've posted.

Thanks,

Lauren

Hi Lauren,

I never heard back from MariaAux, but that's most likely because I was so late with my reply.

You should not be getting an error with the certificate for SuperContainer. Regardless, the quickest way to resolve this is for us to get together on a screen share so that I can see your environment and test with some settings to see what works. I will post back here once we get your situation fixed so others can find a solution. Can you email me at the address in my signature?
