Web Viewer - invalid certificate

Featured Replies

I am trying to get into a web site that requires a login.  I am not even able to get to the page that asks for my password.  Instead, I am getting an error "The certificate for this server is invalid".  I get that error when I sue firefox or chrome, but I can click "allow" and the error does not occur anymore.

Any idea how I fix this?

I am using OSX Mavericks.

Thanks,

Fed

The site you are trying to access has an issue with their certificate. Nothing you can do about that...

There is one thing you could try (on a 'can't hurt' basis):

Quit Filemaker;

Open Safari and teach it to trust the site;

Quit Safari and try accessing the site in Filemaker.

This is based on an assumption that at least some preferences are shared among various instances of Safari - of which the web viewer is one.

I tried is, but didn't seem to work.

Is there anything else to try?

I can't think of anything else.
