FTS Advanced Training Exercise Files

I purchased the Filemaker Training Series Advanced from iBooks. Where do I find the exercise files referred to in the book?

Did you purchase the CD that was also available?

No. I downloaded the book from iBook Store.

I thought that was the case. There is a separate price that they are charging for the book and DVD and for just the book.

 

I would Contact iBooks/iTunes and see if I could buy just the DVD now.
